Return & Refund Policy

At Park Days, we want you to love every piece you receive. Each item is made to order with care, inspired by the magic, memories, and adventures that make every park day unforgettable.

Because our products are made-to-order, we ask that you please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
support.parkdays@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are custom made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

  • Normal print variations common with garment-dyed apparel

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we are unable to make changes.

Shipping Issues

Park Days is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Carrier delays once shipped
