Because our products are made-to-order, please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Order Processing Times

All items are custom made-to-order.

Please allow:

  • 2–7 business days for production

  • Additional shipping time depending on your location and carrier

Production times may vary during:

  • Holidays

  • Collection launches

  • High-volume periods

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size

  • Product type

  • Shipping destination

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Park Days is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered production.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Park Days is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Customs delays for international orders

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties or additional charges required by their country

These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
